Christmas Coffeetime

(A rather late) merry merry y’all!! Though we are a few days post Christmas, I hope y’all had a fabulous Christmas spent well with loved ones. After a relaxing morning of lounging around with my family and eating Mom’s delicious breakfast casseroles, the remainder of my cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and great grandparents came over for a lovely Christmas dinner together to round out the day. Though it was a casual affair, we all still were excited to show off our best Christmas attire one last time.

I unintentionally found myself with a somewhat retro schoolgirl look. For my outfit, I wore a green suede jumper on top of a white button down. Rather than a necklace I chose to add my great grandmother’s pearl sweater clip to my collar. I then added a multicolored turban to disguise my second day hair. Plus, I can tell you right now, chunky headbands could possibly be making a comeback. As for my shoes, I went with my oxblood loafers and paired them with some white ruffle socks. Not only was this outfit comfy, cute, and holiday-approved, but I think it was a great example of how to dress for a 75* December.

As for my mama’s outfit, her eye-catching plaid tunic is by Devon Baer from one of her new favorite stores, Tuckernuck. Then, her navy blue pants (that are stretchy!) are from a local boutique, French Cuff. As for her pumps, they are by Vince. Mom’s red sequin statements earrings were actually my Christmas gift to her this year. I think they are so fun and different and it helps that they are so lightweight!

As usual, links are down below :)
