A Glimpse Into the Canyon

Picture Day

Picture Day

The past two weeks, I have spent phone-less and at my favorite place on this planet, Laity Lodge Youth Camp. This was only my third and last year at camp, but my family has been apart of the LLYC family for decades.

There’s a whole lot of summer camps all across the U.S. but there is something about being in the canyon that I believe beats any other. The relationships that I have been able to form with my cabinmates, counselors, other campers, and God in such a short period of time are truly incredible.

The excessive amount of pork meals, random cabin pantsings , incredible views, and the vast amount of love and laughter is what makes this place so special to me and many others. Since I have been absent for a few weeks, I wanted to just share a little sliver of this heaven on earth. I must say though, none of this pictures do my last two weeks justice.
