While in Park City this past summer, my family and I discovered a new hotspot that we immediately fell in love with (I think we went at least four times in the two weeks we were in town). So of course, we had to find a time to squeeze in a little visit when we were in PC this winter.
Five5eeds is the name of this cafe. It is in a little strip shopping center, so from the outside it really doesn’t look like much, however the food is incredible. The inspiration of the whole restaurant is making healthy, wholesome, and really yummy meals. Much of the menu is also very Australian inspired. Since Five5eeds has turned into one of our favorite parts about PC, I thought I would share with y’all our experience dining there recently.
We went to a late breakfast/brunch on Sunday, New Year’s Eve. The restaurant was packed and we did wait about 20 minutes to be seat, but for a table of 6 that’s not too bad. Nevertheless, the wait is totally worth it and they are currently expanding the restaurant so hopefully next time we visit it will be done!
Macy and Will both ordered the TIm Tam french toast. It is french toast stuffed with Nutella and garnished with a Tim Tam (an Australian cookie), cotton candy, and berries. They both find it fabulous! Macy also ordered a hot chocolate and I may have stolen a sip or two. It was really good!
Dad and Matthew ordered the pulled pork benedict and Mom ordered the breakfast board. This comes with a mini avocado toast and a mini cup of granola. Look how pretty these plates are!
Here is my avocado toast with a poached egg added. I certainly think the picture speaks for itself but it was absolutely delightful. Five5seeds did a wonderful job at turning a rather basic dish into something so interesting and different. Love it! I then ordered a matcha latte with almond milk. I have to say, it certainly was a difficult decision between the beet latte and the matcha. I had both over the summer and love them, however I have yet to find a restaurant that has a matcha as good as this one!
